- Estrogen level
- FSH levels
- Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH)
- Vaginal Ultrasound (follicle count)
Proper ovulation function is checked through an ovulation predictor kit followed up by a blood test measuring Progesterone.
Complete endocrine evaluation assessing:
- Ovarian function
- Pituitary function
- Adrenal function
- Thyroid function
These tests determine why a woman is not ovulating regularly.
Screening for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is performed through:
- Measuring for androgens (male hormones)
- Fasting to check insulin and glucose levels
Uterus and Fallopian Tube Evaluation
The condition of the uterus and Fallopian tubes will be evaluated through:
- Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) – Xray
- Saline Sonogram (SIS) – Ultrasound
